Why Dubai?
Dubai (UAE) is a global leader not only as a development hub for finance and technology but also as a pioneer for future sustainability. According to the Executive Council of Dubai, growth figures reflect the goals of the D33 Economic Agenda and the Dubai Social Agenda 2033, which aim to position the emirate as a global centre for investment and finance, as well as a regional leader in sustainable development and green growth in accordance with its Carbon Abatement Strategy (CAS) 2021.
According to the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE), strategic interest in Dubai has increased leading to a rise in the number of Spanish companies in the country where fiscal benefits, a legal system, infrastructure, ports and airports facilitate trade. Investment funds in Dubai have also shown a growing interest in Spain which have led to some major business operations in the country.
