This includes:

• Transport to all the business meetings
• Meals: 4 lunches + 1 welcome dinner in an exclusive restaurant in Dubai
• Hotel: 5 nights in a single room. Breakfast and WIFI included.
• Meet-ups with Alumni who live in Dubai: venue, coffee break and audiovisual equipment
• Entrance ticket for the Museum of the Future
• Organization and travel logistics
• 8 visits to companies to meet senior business executives
• Program Manager for pre-trip presentation to participants
• Program Manager for on-the-ground scheduling
• Assistance from 1 English-speaking coordinator (guide) from Austral group for cultural activities program, business meetings and evening dinners (guides available for 12 hours on normal working days)
• Information kit and online meeting available via a personalized Austral group app upon arrival  
• Personalized web page for the group to make any additional payments: extra nights in the hotel, optional activities, guest registration etc.

• Online orientation session for the participants before the trip

• Return flights to Dubai from your city of origin: each participant must book their flights with their airline of choice (Recommended arrival date: 25 May 2025)
