DESCRIPTION
Organisations need highly resilient professionals, capable of managing crises and reinterpreting new situations and patterns.
The current climate of heightened uncertainty: financial crises, technological revolution, climate change, global inequality, and workforce obsolescence calls for an urgent process of readaptation.
In this context, companies and their leadership teams need to take bold decisions to respond to these challenges, at the same pace as the situation requires. Our fundamental role is to make decisions and resolve problems.
This programme is specifically designed to equip professionals with the prior training and skills they need to resolve these new situations for which we must all be prepared.
OBJETIVES
Understand the key issues related to major decisions
Learn how we make decisions
Improve your decision-making skills and those of your team
Develop critical systems thinking for more rational and effective decision-making

Understand the potential and limitations of AI with regards to decision-making

STRATEGY
Learning to make decisions does not always mean “the best decision-making”. No one has ever been capable of always making the right decisions. However, we continue to pursue this idea of “becoming the best decision-makers”. We also want to attain excellence in one of the most complex environments we have ever faced..
But now there is a new player on the scene. And we face the question, “do we leave decision-making in the hands of Artificial Intelligence?”
It is a complicated and challenging time in the history of management. Sign up for my workshop and let’s work together to become great decision-makers for these complex times.
