A recognized top master specifically for future changemakers
The EADA-TSH Talent Foundation Sustainability Changemaker Scholarship is a full scholarship for the International Master in Sustainable Business and Innovation. This master's degree has been a pioneer in Europe, being the first recognized and ranked top business school to launch it and it is already celebrating its 9th edition in the next academic year 2025-2026.The Master in Sustainable Business and Innovation has a unique methodology that ensures that you will develop the critical and design thinking skills to analyze, perform and inspire economical and sustainable change.
At EADA, we go one step further: while hard skills may be enough to get your foot in the door, the soft skills obtained in our unique Leadership Training Center, will empower you to bring positive change and real impact to the current business environment.
The Master in Sustainable Business and Innovation is a pioneering programme. EADA is recognized globally for its expertise in sustainability teaching. You will be part of a network of generations of like-minded Alumni who are working in the field. The reputation of this programme is built on its 11 successful editions.
Information about the Master's programmes
- The Master will start in October 2025.
- The Master is a full-time programme, which means that it requires you full dedication.
- The Master is on-site (not virtual), which means that it requires you to be living in Barcelona during the academic year (october 2025-july 2026).
Candidate requirements
Who can apply for this scholarship?
To be eligible for the scholarship, scholars must meet the following criteria:

The candidates must pass an admissions process including tests and an interview with the programme director.

The TSH Talent Foundation and EADA create the Changemaker scholarship to provide access to international talent who, through the master's degree specialized in innovation and sustainability in business, could be authentic agents of change and generate positive business impact. Please let us know more about it in your letter of motivation.
- Demonstrate sufficient English proficiency for successful participation in our programme.

This scholarship also implies that when you finish your Master's, you would continue with your project in your home country or in the region.

It is required to be able to address your current entrepreneurship purpose as a Master's Final project to be able to make this project known and enriched by you and with your fellow program members.

This scholarship is aimed at candidates who lack the financial resources to cover the cost of the Master's programme.

As a scholarship recipient, you'll be asked for authorization from EADA in order to publish quotes, interviews or graphic material in their channels regarding your academic experience at EADA.
Additionally, the scholarship should come from one or more of the following backgrounds:
- Limited access to financial, educational, social, or health resources.
- Refugee or newcomer status.
- First-generation university student.
- Part of the LGBTQI+ community, facing personal safety concerns due to their identity.
*What the EADA-TSH Talent Foundation Sustainability Changemaker Scholarship includes and does not included:
- With 100% tuition included (€28.000), the EADA International Master in Sustainable Business & Innovation
- Free accommodation in the The Social Hub student residence in Barcelona city.
- Travel, medical insurance and personal expenses are not included.
